1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OutRecover's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Wellness Services Disclaimer

OutRecover provides wellness services that are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Results may vary. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new therapeutic program.

3. Health Intake & Contraindications

You are responsible for accurately disclosing your health history and any medications during intake. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in risk to your health and releases OutRecover from liability associated with undisclosed conditions.

4. Sessions & Cancellations

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged at the full session rate. Membership sessions that are unused in a given month do not roll over to the following month.

5. Payment

Payment is due at time of service or in advance for membership plans. We accept major credit cards. Membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of your enrollment date.

6. Limitation of Liability

OutRecover's liability for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
